Cleaning for The 525 N. Tryon Building is performed under rigid specifications and the supervision of Building Management. Housekeeping inspections are performed regularly by Allan Industries, Inc. and Gramercy Realty, to ensure that the level of service is of the highest quality. Good housekeeping is an extremely important part of our tenant services and any suggestions for improvement are always welcome.
Daytime Cleaning Activities
Monday through Friday. General daytime housekeeping services are provided 5 days a week. The normal hours of service are from 7:00 a.m. - 5:00 p.m., Monday - Friday.

- Empty trash
- Remove visible dibris & spots/spills from carpet
- Spot clean desks & tables
- Straighten chairs
- Turn off lights
- Return door to original position
In addition to the daily cleaning items above, the following detail cleaning items must be done on the specified day of the week:
- Detail vacuuming - wall to wall
- Dust desks & computer monitors
- Dust file cabinets & partitions
- Dust tables & furniture
- Dust pictures
- Dust Blinds
- Dust lights & vents
- Dust sills & ledges
- Clean telephones
- Dust chairs
- Clean walls, switch plates & dust baseboards
- Clean doors & side light glass
- Clean wastebaskets
