The 525 N. Tryon Building is equipped with a state of the art security system and is staffed 24 hours per day, 365 days per year. The Security Console is located just outside of the main lobby through the silver door on the left side of the parking garage elevators, and may be contacted 24/7 at (704) 375-0186. Admittance to the building after 11:00 PM is permitted through entrances at the front of the building with assigned security card access. Sign-in is required at the Security Console after hours for main lobby access. Admittance via the Loading Dock requires sign-in and valid photo identification during normal business hours. All contractors and vendors are required to sign in prior to receiving a building contractor badge. Hours of operation for the Loading Dock are as follows: - Monday-Friday, 5:00 AM until 10:00 AM
- Saturday, 8:00 AM until 2:00 AM
- Sunday, CLOSED
